Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Melanin Lab for your esthetic needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients, we have established the following booking policy: All bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated, and the booking will be considered fulfilled. Consultation Form: A consultation form is a mandatory requirement for all clients prior/during their appointment for first-time clients. The consultation form can be completed online before the appointment or in person. Clients who choose to complete the consultation form in person are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for their appointment may experience a reduction in service time to prevent delays for subsequent bookings. In the event of significant lateness, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the no-refund policy will apply. Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy may be made in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances. Clients are encouraged to contact me as soon as possible if such situations arise.
